By now, everyone has heard the big news of the day, with the Tennessee Titans releasing disappointing cornerback L’Jarius Sneed after two disastrous seasons in Nashville. Although the move was expected, it still stings because of the lost investment that contributed to the current spiral.

While that move was taking place, a former member of the Titans organization found a new home when defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day agreed to terms with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Joseph-Day was a consistent force for the Titans’ defense, will now move to the Steelers on what is being reported as a two-year, $11 million deal with $6 million guaranteed.

This will be a homecoming of sorts, with Joseph-Day being a Pennsylvania native. A sixth-round pick by the Los Angeles Rams in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Rutgers, Joseph-Day has amassed 314 tackles and 15.5 sacks in his career, which includes 85 tackles and 4.5 sacks with the Titans over the past two seasons.
