Green Bay Packers safety Evan Williams is one of the top 25 earners in performance-based pay coming out of the 2025 season. Williams, who will take home a little over $1 million, ranked 25th among all players.

The program pays out players based upon their playing time and salary levels. Players are earning $542 million from the program coming out of the 2025 season.

Williams, a fourth-round pick from the 2024 draft, played 903 total snaps on defense and 137 more on special teams last season. He earned $1,003,098 in performance-based pay after taking home just $960,000 in base salary on his rookie contract in 2025.

The program rewards a wide swath of players, but the NFL only releases the names of the top 25 earners. Performance-based pay does not affect the salary cap.

Among those from the Packers to rank among top earners in performance-based pay over the last few seasons include left tackle Rasheed Walker, right tackle Zach Tom, center Josh Myers, safety Jonathan Owens and cornerback Carrington Valentine.
