In celebration of March Madness, WCG is bringing fans of the Chicago Bears a special kind of bracket. Drawing on the Consensus Board at Mock Draft Database and looking at other individual boards for perspective, we are going to present 16 different 2-round mock drafts for the Chicago Bears. These 16 mocks are divided into four groups: the Defensive Tackle group, the Edge group, the Safety group, and the Offensive Tackle group. In round one, for each group, we will be asking of these choices, which pair of options fans prefer for Chicago.
Next up, we have the priority Edge group.
#1 Seed. Akheem Mesidor (ED, Miami) + AJ Haulcy (SF, LSU) + Domonique Orange (DL, Iowa State)
A lot of familiar names show up on this draft for the Beloved, and it would undoubtedly make Dennis Allen’s job easier.
#4 Seed. Keldric Faulk (ED, Auburn) + Gracen Halton (DL, Oklahoma)
The #57 pick was burned here to move up and take Faulk at 15 overall, but the athletic potential of these two picks is high. High enough to make up for the “lost” player?
#2 Seed. TJ Parker (ED, Clemson) + Keionte Scott (CB, Miami) + Caleb Tiernan (OT, Northwestern)
While safety has been getting a lot of attention, corner is also a potential need for Chicago, and Scott would do well in Allen’s scheme.
#3 Seed. Zion Young (ED, Missouri) + Jacob Rodriguez (LB, Texas Tech) + Kamari Ramsey (SF, USC) + 2027 R2 New York Giants
Dissatisfied with their choices in the first round, this scenario has Chicago picking up an additional second-rounder by trading down out of the first entirely with a team at the top of the order that wants to maximize their 2026 season.
So, here are the potential options. Which represents your favorite two pairings?
#1 Mesidor + Haulcy + Orange and #2 Parker + Scott + Tiernan
#1 Mesidor + Haulcy + Orange and #3 Young + Rodriguez + Ramsey + future pick
#4 Faulk + Halton and #2 Parker + Scott + Tiernan
#4 Faulk + Halton and #3 Young + Rodriguez + Ramsey + future pick
