Quarterback Liam Thompson totaled seven touchdowns to lead the Green Bay Blizzard to a 51-42 victory over the Fishers Freight on Saturday night in the Indoor Football League.

Thompson ran for four touchdowns and threw for three more as the Blizzard (2-0) took a 19-0 lead then held off the Freight (1-1) in a meeting between teams that had both won their season openers last week. Thompson totaled 126 yards of offense to go with his seven TDs. Draysean Hudson caught two of Thompson’s TD passes.
Freight quarterback Felix Harper threw for three touchdowns and ran for another, but also had a couple of interceptions.
