Two weeks into NFL free agency, the Denver Broncos have re-signed 17 in-house free agents, added one outside free agent and made one blockbuster trade to acquire wide receiver Jaylen Waddle.
So, what’s next?
The Broncos still have around $19 million in remaining salary cap space, enough to make several bargain signings — and even another splash, if they so desire.
There are still two veteran tight ends available (David Njoku and Jonnu Smith) who could interest Sean Payton, plus a trio of defensive linemen who could help take some of the old John Franklin-Myers workload. And, of course, there’s Von Miller, who has made it abundantly clear that he would like to return to Denver.

Last year, Denver waited until June to sign running back J.K. Dobbins, and similar bargain deals could be on the way later this summer. We will track any potential moves on Broncos Wire.
