Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate has earned a trip to the New York Giants‘ facilities in East Rutherford ahead of the 2026 NFL draft.

ESPN’s Daniel Oyefusi reports that the Giants will host Tate for a top-30 visit.

Tate is considered by many to be the top wide receiver prospect in this year’s draft class. He is consistently projected to be a top-10 pick on draft day.

The 21-year-old’s resume attests to his pre-draft stock. Tate recorded 875 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in 2025. His 17.2 yards per reception marked a career high for the Chicago native in his final season at Ohio State. Tate was named a second-team All-American in 2025.

The Giants hold the No. 5 overall pick in the draft. Tate has been continually linked to the Giants as a prospect that New York has a high likelihood of selecting in the first round on April 23.
