Former Alabama defensive back Ronnie Harrison is headed to the Miami Dolphins according to a report from according to the Sun Sentinel.

Harrison will entering his eight season in the NFL after originally entering the league back in 2018 but has since changed positions to linebacker. He spent the 2025 season as a member of the Atlanta Falcons where he appeared in 10 games with four starts recording 29 total tackles, two sacks, two pass deflections and two tackles for loss.

This will be the fifth different franchise Harrison will have played for in his career which also includes stops with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts.

Prior to his NFL career, Harrison played at Alabama under Nick Saban from 2015-17 where he was a part of two national championship teams. After redshirting his first season and serving in a reserve role the following season, Harrison took over as a starter in 2017  where he recorded 86 total tackles, two interceptions and one touchdown. His efforts earned him recognition to the All-SEC First Team.
