Former Philadelphia Eagles tight end Brent Celek is back in the headlines for an unusual reason.

Celek played for the Eagles from 2007-2017, hauling in 398 passes for 4,998 yards and 31 touchdowns. He returned to the franchise in 2020 as a personnel consultant. Although he never made the Pro Bowl, he was part of the Super Bowl-winning roster during the 2017 season.

As for his personal life, Celek was married to a yoga and pilates instructor named Susie. It’s unclear when they went their separate ways.

Oddly enough, Susie Celek is now dating former Eagles defensive tackle Hollis Thomas. She went public with their romance on Monday.

“Life trends show I’m not big on commitment, but I’m stuck on you big man,” she wrote for her Instagram caption.

Judging by the responses to Celek’s post, her loved ones approve of her new romance.

“Congratulations to you both,” one person commented.

“I love this! You deserve all the happiness,” a second person said.

“My man Tank!!!!! Best of luck guys this is awesome,” another person wrote.

Who is Hollis Thomas?

Thomas started his NFL career with the Eagles in 1996 and stayed there until 2005. He was never teammates with Celek.

After being released by the Eagles in 2006, Thomas joined the New Orleans Saints and helped them make a run to the NFC Championship. The veteran defensive lineman finished his career with stints on the St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers.

The former Northern Illinois star racked up 518 total tackles, 52 tackles for loss, 20 sacks and seven forced fumbles during his NFL career.
