The Atlanta Falcons are one of three teams set to visit with Georgia State wide receiver Ted Hurst on ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, according to NFL/CFB analyst Ryan Fowler. The Falcons still have a need at the wide receiver position despite signing Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus.
“Georgia State WR Ted Hurst has visits scheduled with the Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts and Atlanta Falcons,” Fowler reported on Thursday.

Hurst has good size (at 6-foot-3) and was highly productive in college. Last season, had 71 catches for 999 receiving yards and six touchdowns (14.1 yards per reception). Hurst isn’t a one-year wonder, either. In 2024, he finished with 961 yards and nine touchdowns on 17.2 yards per catch.
Hurst is considered a mid-round target. Pro Football Focus currently has the Panthers wideout ranked No. 97 on its 2026 big board. He earned a career-high PFF grade of 82 last season.
