The United Football League is back for its third season, and there are plenty of notable changes to teams and rules. Spring football means zany experimentation, such as no punting once you cross midfield (even if you move back on the wrong side of midfield), four-point field goals from 60+ yards out, and going for three points from the 8-yard line.

There are eight teams, with the Louisville Kings, Columbus Aviators, and Orlando Storm replacing the Michigan Panthers, Memphis Showboats, and San Antonio Brahmas. As you might have already expected just off the title of this article, I’ve combed over the up-to-date rosters for every team to see which former Seattle Seahawks are playing in the UFL. You never know if a strong UFL performance can turn into another NFL contract!

Played at least one Seahawks regular or postseason game

Was on a Seahawks training camp, practice squad, and/or preseason roster

Was on a Seahawks regular season roster but never played in a game

Previously played for the Seahawks but coaches in the UFL

The first UFL game of the year kicks off in Louisville between the Kings and Birmingham Stallions at 5 pm PT on FOX.
