Eagles’ Cooper DeJean, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader spark dating rumors at March Madness

Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro cornerback Cooper DeJean went viral over the weekend after being spotted at the Iowa basketball team’s Elite Eight showdown against the Illinois Fighting Illini on Saturday night at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

DeJean was checking out his alma mater when fans and internet sleuths identified the woman that he was with in the crowd, immediately sparking dating rumors.

The Eagles star was sitting next to NFL cheerleader Abby Summers, who just so happens to be a member of the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleading squad.

DeJean was previously linked to WWE superstar Nikki Bella.

Unfortunately for DeJean and the Hawkeyes, the team was blown out by the Fighting Illini despite taking a four-point lead into the half.

Abby Summers is a former Ohio State dance team member who completed her second season with the Cowboys.

She was one of the stars of the Netflix docuseries America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, which debuted its second season last summer.

Whether DeJean and Summers are an official couple remains to be seen, but perhaps a love story is brewing behind enemy lines in the NFC East.
