The Baltimore Ravens entered the 2025 NFL season with Super Bowl aspirations, but were left on the outside of the AFC playoff field looking in after a regular season finale loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Following the tumultuous season, the team opted to move on from head coach John Harbaugh, who promptly landed the New York Giants head coaching vacancy. Plenty of change is in store for the Ravens as the team resets its expectations for the future under head coach Jesse Minter.

Amid a busy offseason ESPN’s Matt Miller believes there’s a key player the Ravens should add to the roster.

In his latest mock draft, Miller has the Ravens drafting former Oregon star tight end Kenyon Sadiq with the No. 14 pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

“Giving Lamar Jackson the fastest tight end to ever test at the combine seems like a good idea, especially with Isaiah Likely departing in free agency and Mark Andrews entering his age-31 season,” Miller said.

“Besides his 4.39 speed, Sadiq is an elite red zone threat who had eight touchdowns in 2025. His effort and upside in the run game as a blocker makes him a true blue-chip tight end prospect for a team that badly needs another threat in the passing game.”

The Ravens initially planned to send the No. 14 pick and next year’s first round pick to the Las Vegas Raiders for Maxx Crosby, but will have the ability to draft Sadiq or another playmaker after calling off the trade.
