The NFL draft is less than one month away, and teams across the league are eager to introduce their newest rookie classes. Some fan bases, however, have other things on their minds before we get to draft day.
Several teams are set to unveil new uniforms for the upcoming season, with the Atlanta Falcons among them.
The Tennessee Titans released their new uniforms and logo earlier this month, while the Falcons are set to unveil their new look this week.

However, the surprise may have been spoiled.
While generating some hype for the upcoming uniform release, one fan reminisced about the fan-favorite red pants that never saw the field during the Falcons’ latest uniform run. In the comments, another fan dropped a video that appears to show the new Falcons jersey, which is much more basic than the team has had in the past.

It is a plain red jersey with a smaller Falcons wordmark across the chest, replacing the oversized ATL. The back of the collar reads, “Dirty Birds,” while the jersey features a new number font.
The look has not been confirmed at this time, but if it is the new look, fans could be left feeling underwhelmed. Of course, if the Falcons find a way to reincorporate the red helmet, all could be forgiven.

The Falcons are officially set to unveil their new uniforms on Thursday, April 2, which is exactly three weeks out from the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Conveniently, it is also one day after April Fool’s, so the Falcons won’t have to answer countless questions about whether the uniform release was just one cruel joke.
The 2026 NFL Draft will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from Thursday, April 23, through Saturday, April 25.
