On February 19, ONYX, the Seahawks Black Employee Resource Group, in partnership with the DEI team, hosted its 2nd annual Black History Month celebration, 50 Years Strong: Celebrating Black Excellence & the Seahawks Legacy, at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. The event brought employees and guests together for light bites, meaningful conversation, and a powerful panel discussion featuring Doug Baldwin, Mo Kelly, Mario Bailey, Paris Brown, and Ron Howard, followed by an audience Q&A, the Ed Goines Black Excellence Award presentation, and a reception honoring community, leadership, and the ongoing impact of Black excellence.
