For fans who are tired of all the talk and are ready to move on from free agency and the NFL draft, they are about to get their wish when the Tennessee Titans hit the field again, with the team set to begin their offseason workouts on April 7.

In a conversation with head coach Robert Saleh, Jim Wyatt said the new head coach is ready for the work to begin, with his focus on the Titans growing and getting better as a team every day. For a young team, the offseason program is extremely important, and it’s where the team-building process can begin.

The Titans actually have a small advantage in the NFL rulebook, giving them an early start to the offseason program for hiring a new head coach during the offseason. By rule, they could begin on Monday, April 6, as compared to teams with returning head coaches who have to wait until April 20.

With the Titans having a ton of new faces and one of the league’s youngest rosters, this will be a critical time for the staff to begin implementing their vision for 2026 and beyond through training sessions, meetings, and team activities. All the while, maintaining focus on the 2026 NFL Draft, which kicks off in just three weeks.
