Just hours before the Tennessee Titans unveiled their new uniform last month, a photo of a retail jersey began circulating on social media that showed the design of their new light blue home jerseys. The leaked image was ultimately traced back to an Instagram account, which posted the jersey in early February.
Further inspection of the account, which has since gone private, showed two addition leaks the upcoming season – that SportsLogos.Net has confirmed as legitimate – including a black outline around the wordmark on the Philadelphia Eagles’ jerseys and a silver (or nickel-colored) alternate jersey for the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills jersey, specifically, features royal blue numbers outlined in white and red, as well as contrasting royal blue collar and a dark gray striping pattern on the sleeves that mimics the design of their royal blue home, white road and red alternate jerseys. Their “Charging Buffalo” logo also appears as a patch on the left shoulder of the jersey.
The phrase “Go Bills” can be seen on the inside of the back collar, similar to how “Bills Mafia” was included in their all-white “Rivalries” uniforms that debuted last season. They’ll be paired with matching silver pants with dark gray stripes down the sides and a new alternate helmet, though our sources have yet to reveal the color.

While this list could expand by the summer, those same sources have indicated the Baltimore Ravens, Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets and Washington Commanders are also among the teams set to have new alternate helmets this season. That, of course, doesn’t include members of the AFC South and NFC North that will unveil their new “Rivalries” designs in August 2026.
The Bills briefly wore silver helmets with royal blue numbers on the sides for their first two seasons as a franchise in 1960-61 before switching to white lids, which featured either their “Standing Buffalo” or “Charging Buffalo” logo until 1984, when they moved to red shells with a white facemask.

The red helmets saw the most-successful era in franchise history, as the Bills appeared in four straight Super Bowls from 1990-93 (XXV, XXVI, XXVII, XXVIII). Those were scrapped in 2011 when the white lids returned, though Buffalo celebrated the final game at old Highmark Stadium by wearing red throwback helmets last season.
While we suspect they will be royal blue, silver alternate helmets would make sense for the Bills as they move into the new Highmark Stadium, as they would match the steel exterior of the $2.1 billion, 62,000-season stadium and the three bison statues that will welcome fans to the new venue. There’s also Buffalo’s nickname of “The Nickel City,” which the Bills previously referenced with the use of silver in their “Rivalries” uniforms.
