The Atlanta Falcons have been one of the NFL’s busiest teams through the first two months of the 2026 offseason. The team hired a new head coach, general manager and president of football just in time for the start of free agency.
Not only did the Falcons sign over 15 new players, but they released new uniforms and completed a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles. The 2026 NFL Draft is just a few weeks away, and it won’t be long before the offseason training programs begin.
The NFL announced the offseason workout dates and minicamp schedules for all 32 teams, including the Falcons, on Friday afternoon. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Atlanta’s offseason program begins on April 7 (see full schedule below).

The Falcons have several new faces to integrate on offense and defense, including quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, wide receiver Jahan Dotson and running back Brian Robinson Jr.
Next up for Atlanta is the 2026 NFL Draft. The team only has five total selections, starting with pick No. 48 overall in the second round.
