The Atlanta Falcons went into the 2026 NFL offseason with limited cap space but still managed to fill out the bottom of their roster with affordable free agents. On the flip side, the team was forced to let several players, including linebacker Kaden Elliss and Tyler Allgeier, walk in free agency.
Elliss signed a three-year contract with the rival New Orleans Saints, while Allgeier landed a three-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals. Atlanta signed linebackers Christian Harris and Channing Tindall to replace Elliss, and added veteran running back Brian Robinson Jr. to replace Allgeier.
On Wednesday the team re-signed linebacker DeAngelo Malone to a one-year contract. One day later, quarterback Kirk Cousins signed with the Las Vegas Raiders. So, which former Falcons remain unsigned one month into NFL free agency?
As of April 4, eight members of last year’s team have yet to find new homes for 2026. Check out the full list, along with the Falcons’ free-agent additions and losses below.
