A lot has already been written about how good Los Angeles Rams right tackle Warren McClendon Jr. was in 2025, but it’s always a good thing to see more positive news come out of the woodwork during the offseason.

According to Sports Info Solutions, McClendon had a 2.1% blown block rate in 2025, which ranked third-best in the NFL behind only Penei Sewell of the Detroit Lions and Laremy Tunsil of the Washington Commanders.

This is huge considering those two have a combined nine Pro Bowls and three All-Pros between them. McClendon, meanwhile, had never started more than five games in a season before taking on the role vacated by Rob Havenstein’s injury in 2025.
