Gracie Hunt, the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, is taking the next step in her relationship. Over the weekend, it was announced that Hunt was engaged to former college football quarterback Derek Green, who also has ties to the organization.

Green is the son of Chiefs legend Trent Green, who won a Super Bowl and earned two Pro Bowl nods throughout his career.

“It was always you,” Hunt wrote on social media along with heart, ring, and infinity emojis.

Hunt followed that up with a Bible verse from Romans 8:28, which states, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Hunt and Green hard-launched their relationship back in 2025.

“My heart is full. Grateful for some much-needed time to rest, reflect, and reset after a whirlwind few months post-football season,” Hunt captured a series of photos on social media.
