After a lost 12-win season that ended with a third straight divisional round loss, the Houston Texans are gearing up for the start of their offseason later this month. It will mark the first time that new and returning players will gather at NRG Stadium to begin preparing for a 2026 season to remember under DeMeco Ryans.

Houston once again proves to be a standout roster in the AFC following an impressive 2025 season. Even though they didn’t win the division, 12 victories marked the most since 2012 and bolstered the league’s No. 1 defense. All-Pro defenders Will Anderson Jr. and Derek Stingley Jr. continued to make massive strides as the anchor of the defense for Ryans in Year 3.

Earlier this week, the NFL announced its offseason workout dates for all 32 teams, including the Texans. This includes the start of their offseason program, OTAs and mandatory minicamp.

Offseason workouts will allow C.J. Stroud and company to hit the ground running while looking to build a rapport in second-year coordinator Nick Caley’s personnel, alongside newcomers David Montgomery, Braden Smith and Wyatt Teller.

This will also mark the first time that fans can catch a glimpse of the newest members in the draft class getting acclimated to the unit ahead of training camp. Here’s a look at those offseason dates:
