The Tennessee Titans had ample talent available with the No. 22 overall pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL draft.
The Titans used their only first-round selection that year on inside linebacker Rashaan Evans. The Alabama product quickly became a full-time starter for Tennessee in just his second season. From 2018 to 2021, Evans recorded 3.0 sacks and two interceptions for the Titans. He later played for the Atlanta Falcons in 2022, the Dallas Cowboys in 2023, and returned for a second stint with the Falcons in 2024.

Leonard was the 2018 AP Defensive Rookie of the Year. The South Carolina State product was also a first-team All-Pro that season. He earned three first-team All-Pro honors and one second-team honor over his career. Leonard led the NFL with eight forced fumbles in 2021.
