The Los Angeles Rams entered the next phase of their offseason workout program on Wednesday when they started OTAs, or organized team activities. Players still won’t have pads on and no live contact is allowed, but they are permitted to now run 11-on-11 drills where offensive players line up against defensive players.
They’ll run through OTAs for the next three weeks before heading to Maui for mandatory minicamp, which is the final phase of the program. For now, these workouts remain voluntary, so players can’t be fined for missing any practices.
