WWE star Seth Rollins stormed off Good Morning Football’s set and threw a towel in Kyle Brandt’s face after a heated argument.

It has been a tough few days for Rollins after he lost to Gunther at Wrestlemania 42 on night one last weekend.

He had the victory in the bag until Bron Breakker interfered and hit his best spear ever to defeat Rollins.

So when NFL Network star Kyle Brandt rubbed it in to the six-time WWE world champion during a fiery debate, it was the final straw.

Brandt and Rollins were discussing on Good Morning Football what was harder to do: playing in the NFL at 42 or performing at Wrestlemania aged 39.

The NFL Network icon was on an incredible run of landing insult after insult about professional wrestling while also hitting a few personal ones too.

An example of this from Brandt was, “NFL at 42 is like Ric Flair in his bleepin’ 60s. We’re talking about a real sport, not predetermined, big time hits, people.

“I figured out what it is with Seth. You’re a little nervous because it’s night one of the draft [2026 NFL Draft].

“You know that next year you’ll be night one only at WrestleMania and there’s a symmetry there for you and I think I finally tapped into it.

“Do you need to take a walk? We can go get Gunther and make you take a walk if you want to.”

It led Rollins to take a deep breath before he mentioned several times he doesn’t have to be there and on the show.

ESPN had been ramping up the theatrics in and around Wrestlemania with crossovers with the Pat McAfee show last week for example.

It’s all clearly theatrical here once again on the now ESPN-owned NFL Network but Brandt did a phenomenal job of ribbing Rollins regardless.

After saying Rollins loves to ‘steal the show’, the final straw was this, “Let’s see if Seth’s gonna go.

“Maybe we can get Becky [Lynch] to come in and actually win something for us. That’s how it works for you guys. So maybe she can do a segment.”

For context, Irish wrestler Becky Lynch is married to Rollins and also won her fight on Wrestlemania night one.
