In addition to the public space amenities throughout the project, the overall plan includes sustainable features such as solar power generation, stormwater retention and reuse and LEEDTM-certified equivalency across all sites.

Rams Village at Warner Center is located within the Warner Center 2035 Plan area, one of the most effective and innovative planning documents ever adopted in the City of Los Angeles and a product of extensive community collaboration. The proposed neighborhood is designed to conform with the provisions of the Warner Center 2035 Plan as well as local and state housing laws thus creating a vibrant, pedestrian oriented neighborhood within the Warner Center and Woodland Hills communities. Formal planning applications are expected to be submitted to the City of Los Angeles in the next several months.
Global Architecture firm Gensler spearheaded the plan’s overall design, including the new training facility for the Los Angeles Rams. Since the Rams returned home to Los Angeles in 2016, players, coaches and front office staff have provided more than 5,000 hours of community service in the Woodland Hills and West Valley community alone. The team has visited more than 40 schools in the region, engaging nearly 13,000 students through youth football, as well as hosted more than 30 Rams Readers and Read Across America assemblies at local schools. Rams Village at Warner Center is the latest sports and entertainment destination being developed by the Kroenke Organization along with Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA, Ball Arena Redevelopment in Denver, CO, and Midway Rising in San Diego, CA.

In October, the Denver City Council approved a transformative 55-acre commercial and residential district around Ball Arena, the home of the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth, which Kroenke Sports & Entertainment plans to develop into a 10- to 12-million-square-foot mixed-use neighborhood.
Midway Rising is a comprehensive master plan that includes a new 16,000-seat multi-purpose Entertainment Center, a mixed-use commercial and entertainment district, multiples acres of community park spaces, and 4,250 new homes for San Diegans of all backgrounds.
