CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The Cincinnati Bengals have one of the easiest schedules in the league in 2026, something they should take advantage of starting with the offseason work.
The offseason program began a few weeks back, and several players have been in attendance since the start. Cincinnati native Bryan Cook is one of them and spoke about the defense as the team approaches organized team activities (OTAs).
“Hungry guys … I’m one of the only guys that has a couple of rings. You bring in guys that are hungry … I’m excited not for myself, but to give them opportunities to even play at that level,” Cook tells FOX19 NOW.
Cook says it all begins with the offseason.
“Getting these guys in the locker has shown that we are serious … it’s kind of on our shoulders, but I love pressure,” he says.
But where is the Bengals’ QB1?
First, the Kentucky Derby in Louisville. Now, the Met Gala in the Big Apple.
Joe Burrow made his second consecutive appearance on the Met’s red carpet Monday night with one of his friends and former teammates, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson.
This year’s dress code was “Fashion is Art,” highlighting The Met’s “Costume Art” exhibit that features nearly 400 collections of garments.
Photos show Burrow wearing a two-piece navy blue suit adorned in Cartier jewels, a similar look to what he sported in 2025.
The Bengals star has made his love for fashion known over the past few years.
In 2024, he made his runway debut at Paris Fashion Week, telling Vogue Magazine that he has “always loved clothes” and wanted to know more about the fashion industry.
Burrow later appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated, not necessarily for football, but for fashion.
“My sense of style varies day-to-day,” Burrow told writer Nick Remsen for the Sports and Style issue. “I wake up, feel the color and find the fit that matches what I’m looking for.”
Some fans on the Internet loved the quarterback’s red carpet look this year. Others, however, are wondering why he is not back in Cincinnati training with the team.
Here is what the Bengals offseason schedule looks like this year:
Phase One: Strength, conditioning and physical rehabilitation. Begins April 20 and continues for three weeks. Rookie Minicamp: May 8-9Phase Two: On-field workouts, drills and play walk throughs (no live contact). Begins May 11. Phase Three: Organized team activities (OTA), drills and scrimmaging (no live contact). Begins June 1 for three weeks. OTA Offseason Workouts: June 1-3 and June 9-11Mandatory Minicamp: June 16-18
