For those marking their calendars, breathless with anticipation for the upcoming Cleveland Browns season, the NFL announced official start times for preseason games.

For the record, more drama may actually come from the ongoing stadium saga than any of those games, but here we are. Additionally, they won’t be playing on national television in the preseason, either.

Browns at Carolina Panthers, 7 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 14
Browns at Philadelphia Eagles, 1 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 23
Los Angeles Rams at Browns, 1 p.m.
What channel will Browns preseason games air on?
Browns preseason games will air on WEWS (Channel 5).
The local ABC-affiliate and the team signed a multi-year extension of broadcast rights just prior to the start of last season. There will likely be “Browns Countdown Preseason,” show beforehand with “Browns Postgame” to follow.
