Les Snead enters his 14th season as general manager of the Los Angeles Rams. He’s the winningest GM in franchise history, having contributed to a combined 119 wins across the regular season and playoffs in the NFL. The Alabama native took over a 2-14 roster in 2012 and turned it into a perennial contender. In 2025, the Ram ended the season 12-5, reaching the NFC Championship before falling to the eventual Super Bowl-bound Seattle Seahawks. In February, the Rams signed Snead and head coach Sean McVay to multiyear contract extensions, marking their 10th season together and cementing one of the most successful GM-coach partnerships in the league.
