Bengals sign cornerback Tacario Davis, third round pick in 2026 NFL Draft
Leading the way with breaking news. Yeah, and that breaking news just into our newsroom right now. An international game for the Bengals. Well, the NFL schedule won’t be officially released until this Thursday. We are now confirming that the Bengals will be heading overseas. Thanks for joining us here at 4 o’clock. I’m Cherie Pella and I’m Ashley Kirkland. WLWT News 5 anchor Mike Daris is here with the breaking developments. Mike, this is exciting news. Yeah guys, I was going to. Remember, schedule leaks happen because people are excited about it. But yes, the Bengals are headed to Spain this year. They’re going to play the Falcons at that gorgeous newly renovated stadium there in Madrid. Several sources now confirming for me that it’s either going to be week 6, by the way, for scheduling purposes, that’s the weekend of October 17th, or week 9, the weekend of November 7th. They’re going to be playing in the stadium where Real Madrid play. That soccer powerhouse, newly renovated with *** billion dollars invested in recent years. Yeah, get those credit cards ready, Bengals fans. The stadium holds 83,000+, and don’t worry, it’s indoors, so you’re not going to get rained on and don’t worry about the humidity there in Madrid. The team is expected to send out an official message we think any minute now, but I’m confident in my reporting today that the Bengals will take on the Falcons in Madrid. The first. International game, by the way, since London in 2019. And remember, this is not *** home game for Atlanta or for the Bengals. It’s *** home game for Atlanta. People are like, Oh, we’re going to lose another home game? No, home game for Atlanta. Bengals keep 8 home games this year. Charlie’s going to have more at 5 and 6 for now. Mike Dartti, WLWT News 5. Yeah, exciting stuff, Mike. And by the way, Mike and Charlie have been talking about this for days now. Mike confirming it here this afternoon with Charlie.
