DETROIT, Mich. (WNEM) – Delta Air Lines is adding special flights to its lineup to support customers traveling to Madrid and Munich for international NFL games taking place in November.
The airline said it will add four additional round-trip flights between the U.S. and Europe for more options and flexibility.
This comes amid the Detroit Lions announcement the team will play the New England Patriots in Munich on Nov. 15. The Cincinnati Bengals will face off against the Atlanta Falcons on Nov. 8 in Madrid.
From Atlanta, Delta is adding two nonstop flights to Madrid (MAD) on Nov. 4 and Nov. 5, with return service on Nov. 9.
From Detroit, Delta is introducing two nonstop flights to Munich (MUC), both departing Nov. 11 and returning Nov. 16.
Delta is the official airline for the Atlanta Falcons and the Detroit Lions. The company said they look forward to connecting fans with opportunities to cheer on their teams, whether at home or around the world.
All four flights will be operated on Delta’s Airbus A330 aircraft, which includes a range of onboard experiences including Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort and Delta Main. Customers can also expect onboard service, including chef-curated meals, premium entertainment options and fast, free Delta Sync Wi-Fi for SkyMiles members.
Flights are available for booking online and through the Fly Delta app.
