PITTSBURGH (WKBN) – The Pittsburgh Steelers signed first-round draft pick Max Iheanachor to his 4-year rookie contract on Friday.

He was selected by Pittsburgh with the No. 21 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft out of Arizona State.

Iheanachor, who did not allow a sack last season, was an All-Big 12 Second Team selection in 2025, having started 31 of his 32 games with the Sun Devils.

He came to the United States from Nigeria when he was 13-years old and played soccer and basketball before transitioning to football in junior college.
