OAKLAND CITY, Ind. (WFIE) – We continue to follow up on the situation at Oakland City University, after they suspended their undergraduate programs and laid off employees.
Obviously, it’s going to take a huge toll on all their athletic programs, as most of their student-athletes, are now going to have to transfer, if they want to play the sports they love, next season.
One of those athletes, is Forest Park grad, Hunter Braunecker, who just played his freshman season, of sprint football at OCU.
We’ll continue to keep you updated on things at OCU as the story develops.
