With several teams kicking off their organized team activities this week, the NFL offseason is in full swing.
Teams have OTAs sprinkled in over the next three weeks before a month-long break until training camp begins in mid-to-end July.

We’ll be reviewing the major offseason changes for all 32 teams in addition to previewing what to expect from each team as they head into training camp. Below is our 2026 training camp preview for the Los Angeles Rams.

Analysis:
The Rams went into the offseason with one of the best rosters in the NFL and not needing to make many moves.
The team created a social media firestorm when it took Alabama QB Ty Simpson with the 13th overall pick in the 2026 draft instead of grabbing anther offensive skill player like USC receiver Makai Lemon or Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq.
Simpson is insurance for reigning MVP Matthew Stafford, who signed a one-year $55 million contract this offseason and is essentially on a year-to-year basis with the team.
LA gave Stafford another weapon in second-round tight end Max Klare and sixth-round wide receiver CJ Daniels. But they’ll be depending on running backs Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, and tight ends Colby Parkinson and Tyler Higbee to make plays.

The Rams came a play or two short against the Seattle Seahawks from playing for another Super Bowl.
The Rams also bolstered their defense through a blockbuster trade with the Chiefs that landed Pro Bowl cornerback Trent McDuffie, who should come in handy come playoff time against elite NFC passing attacks.
After a 12-5 season last year, a 12- or 13-win season in 2026 is highly probable for the Rams, who will battle the reigning Super Bowl champion Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers for the NFC West crown and top seed in the conference.
