The Minnesota Vikings are hiring former Seattle Seahawks assistant GM Nolan Teasley as their new general manager, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Saturday.
The Vikings fired Kewsi Adofo-Mensah in late January after four seasons with the team coming off a disappointing 9-8 campaign in 2025, less than a year after signing a multi-year extension with the franchise.

The team then announced that executive vice president of football operations Rob Brzezinski would lead the group through the NFL draft before beginning its official search for a new GM.
Teasley originally joined the Seahawks back in 2013 as an intern in the scouting department and was promoted through the ranks. He worked as a pro personnel scout from 2014-2016, the assistant director of pro personnel in 2017, and was promoted to the director of pro personnel, a position he held for five years. He was named the assistant GM in February of 2023.
A big part of the discussion throughout that season? The quarterback position.
