On Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles announced they traded star wide receiver A.J. Brown to the New England Patriots. Many Patriots fans in the Granite State said they believe the move could help New England in the long run. One of those fans is Joe LeBlanc, who said he is hopeful Brown can lead the Patriots to another Super Bowl. “I think the offense looked great last year, but, I mean, A.J. Brown’s the best receiver in the NFL,” LeBlanc said. He’s one of these diva receivers,” said Steve Ryan. Ryan said Brown will have big shoes to fill after wide receiver Stefon Diggs was released in March. “I kind of liked the vibe Stefon Diggs brought to the team last year. ‘We all we got, we all we need.’ Everybody was on board,” he said. “He’s good for a thousand yards every year, don’t get me wrong, he’s a talented receiver, but he’s had some big drops in playoff games.” Scott Gentley, a Cincinnati Bengals fan, said he is eager to see how the Patriots perform with Brown on the roster. “This new Patriots team is super exciting. I might get back into Patriots football because of it,” Gentley said.
