The U.S. Men’s National Team opened its World Cup run at SoFi Stadium on Friday night, the home of the Los Angeles Rams. And being in L.A., the stars were out to see the USMNT team take on Paraguay – including a pair of young NFL playmakers.
Rams receiver Puka Nacua was shown on the Infinity Screen above the field, sitting alongside Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart in the stands. Nacua is beloved in Los Angeles and being the massive sports fan that he is, he wasn’t going to miss this historic opportunity to watch the USMNT on home soil in the World Cup.
It’s even better that the game was at Nacua’s home stadium in Inglewood, a place he’s very familiar with.
Nacua and Dart witnessed a perfect first half by the U.S., going up 3-0 in the first 45 minutes of action.
