MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Illinois State Police (ISP) determined the identity of a man whose remains, which had tattoos that included a Green Bay Packers helmet, were found in a lake over the weekend.
ISP Division of Criminal Investigations Zone 8 said Dalewayne Turner, of Plainfield, Ill., was identified as the victim found in Lake Mattoon.
Turner was 38 years old.
ISP said it does not believe there is any threat to the general public and said it will not ask for any more tips.
