Rookies are due into camp by July 18, with all veterans reporting July 25, or six weeks before the 49ers leave for Australia to prepare for their regular-season opener against the Los Angeles Rams on Sept. 10 (5:35 p.m. PT).

A month ago, the 49ers nixed their mandatory minicamp and concluded their voluntary offseason program, all while Levi’s Stadium’s footprint was overtaken by FIFA for six World Cup games.

The 49ers’ preseason slate includes that home opener against the Robert Saleh-coached Titans at Levi’s Stadium on Aug. 13 (6 p.m.) before road games at the Los Angeles Chargers on Aug. 20 (7 p.m.) and at the Las Vegas Raiders on Aug. 27 (5 p.m.)

The 49ers’ joint practice Aug. 18 at the Chargers’ El Segundo facility is open to Chargers’ season-ticket holders.

The Aug. 3 session is only for season-ticket holders and club/reserve members. The Aug. 6 practice will serve as this year’s Dwight Clark Day in honor of the late wide receiver, after previous years’ observances on Aug. 7 (8/7) to match his jersey number.

Tickets for the 49ers’ open practices go on sale next week, July 14 for season-ticket holders and July 15 to the general public. Tickets range from $10 to $20 and proceeds go to the 49ers Foundation charity, with the Dwight Clark Day benefiting their alumni Golden Heart Fund and raising ALS awareness.
