Former Mississippi State defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons has proven his worth to the Tennessee Titans and the National Football League.
In a top 100 ranking of NFL players going into the 2026 season by Pro Football and Sports Network, Simmons landed in the top 20 at No. 19.
Two other Bulldogs from the past are on the list with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott picked No. 39 and Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones ranked No. 77.
Simmons has gained popularity from Tennessee to Mississippi and points beyond with his play on the field and how he gives back.
Just last week, Simmons held his football camp in Starkville and a shopping spree for at Academy Sports + Outdoors the night before.
