KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – From games at Arrowhead Stadium to the Super Bowl, one Kansas City man could pass as Andy Reid almost any day of the week.
Matt Black’s doppelgänger career started by accident. Years ago, he didn’t want to spend money on a Halloween costume, so he got creative.
“I shaved off my beard that I had, I looked in the mirror and thought, I could pull off a coach Andy Reid,” said Black.

He could’ve never predicted what that single decision would turn into.
Today, Black sports Super Bowl rings and even carries a playbook with him to every game. He has over half a million TikTok followers and makes dozens of Cameo appearances every week.
When fans ask him if he knows he looks like the Chiefs’ coach, he replies with a witty remark.
“I’ll say, no, I usually get told I look like number 15,” said Black.
Black can do much more than ‘coach’ football. He’s actually a professional baritone who’s performed in dozens of operas.
‘Almost’ Andy has a few predictions for the upcoming season. An optimist, he thinks the Chiefs will go undefeated this season.
Black’s love for the Chiefs spans more than sport. He uses his platform to boost people working hard in the community.
“I like to use this to promote small businesses, to help people out,” said Black.
He has a message for Kansas Citians as we brace for the return of Chiefs football.
“Treasure every single moment that you’re seeing and witnessing right now here in Kansas City, because this is something special that other teams have dreams about,” Black said.
