This year, the group went to Park City, Utah.
“Just wanted to change it up,” Prescott told reporters Friday at the fifth annual gala for his Faith Fight Finish Foundation. “[The weather was] amazing out there. Obviously, the elevation made it a little tough … but that was part of it. We had 100% participation involved. We got on the water. We had a great time, and the workouts were almost two hours straight.”
Prescott said the team is carrying that momentum into 2026 and that Super Bowl expectations are realistic.
“Each year, you think that. But when you have last year as we did, the offense that we did and making changes and we’ve got a great defensive coordinator,” Prescott said. “We’ve got young guys, old guys, a great mix of vets with talent. [We understand] what needs to be done. … It is a process. It’s not going to happen in Week 1 of training camp, but we’ve got to make sure we get better.”
Despite Dallas’ explosive offense, the Cowboys missed the playoffs for a second consecutive year in 2025. Still, that Super Bowl or bust mindset remains.
“It’s always been my mindset,” Prescott said. “It’s the one thing I truly love about the Cowboys organization and the fanbase. It’s that or nothing.”
