Today’s minor moves:
Carolina Panthers
Placed on active/NFI: CB Jaylon Guilbeau
Miami Dolphins
Seattle Seahawks
Dolphins third-round rookie Chris Bell landed on the non-football injury list today. It’s not a completely unsurprising move, as the wide receiver continues to recover from a torn ACL suffered last November. Before suffering the season-ending injury, the Louisville product was having a standout 2025 season, hauling in 72 catches for 917 yards and six touchdowns. As the Dolphins prepare for a rebuild, the rookie will have a chance to contribute once he’s healthy. At the moment, Jalen Tolbert, Tutu Atwell, Malik Washington, and fellow draft picks Caleb Douglas and Kevin Coleman Jr. are atop the depth chart in Miami.
Only a few months after adding Harrison Bryant, the Seahawks have already moved on from the veteran tight end. After hauling in 76 catches with Cleveland between 2020 and 2022, Bryant has only collected 24 catches since the 2023 campaign, and he was vying for a backup gig in Seattle. The Seahawks are now rolling with a depth chart that consists of AJ Barner, Eric Saubert, and Elijah Arroyo.
