Free Agents the Saints Could Bring In for Training Camp

Just like last year, the Saints need to find a solid backup center just in case another McCoy injury occurs, and although that player could be on the roster, competition is important. One player that sticks out is former Chicago Bears center Ryan Bates. When he was on the Bills, Bates was a decent depth piece, but injuries in Chicago completely derailed any impact he would have made. This could make him a very cheap option for a team needing center depth, and that’s where the Saints could strike.
