Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and pop star Madison Beer are now officially engaged, with the pair set to tie the knot soon.
In a post on Instagram, Beer and Herbert simply wrote, “Meet my finace.”
The couple has been linked together since August 2025, when Herbert was spotted on the set of Beer’s music video.
She would then appear at multiple Chargers games, including one where they kissed, as well as at Lakers games and the Dodgers’ 2025 World Series games.

Herbert ended up missing the second phase of the offseason program to join Beer on tour, a decision that coach Jim Harbaugh supported considering how dedicated his quarterback has been to improving.
“I was happy,” Harbaugh said.
“He’s somebody who’s here all the time. There are times I’ve wanted to shoo him out of the building. He’s at every voluntary and nonvoluntary workout. He’s the same guy who broke his hand and was back the next day practicing, then stiff-arming guys in the game. So yeah, I was happy. Good balance.”

Herbert, now that he has one ring, will need to get a second one on the football field. As one of the top names when it comes to quarterback rankings, Herbert needs to show that he is still capable of being an elite difference-maker.
To do so, Herbert needs to learn and adjust to Mike McDaniel’s new system, and he is working hard to do so.
“I’ve thrown a lot of footballs,” Herbert said. “It’s May and June, and I didn’t think it was as necessary to throw as much now.
“Do everything I can to get the footwork ready and get the offense down. The throws, they’ll be there. We’ve got plenty of time in camp and throughout OTAs to get the timing. So, I think it’s been smart.”
He is working to get his timing down for the new scheme, which will be paramount in a season when he is tasked with playing like a game-changer.
