The Washington Commanders have reportedly signed four-time Pro Bowler Stefon Diggs to a one-year deal and he’s got something to say to the fans.

Stefon Diggs has been one of the NFL’s best wide receivers for the past decade. During that time period, Diggs has made four Pro Bowl appearances, and led the league in receptions and receiving yards once.

After his time in Buffalo came to an end, Diggs played for the New England Patriots last season. And while many expected him to stay on with the team after their Super Bowl appearance, it was not to be.

On Wednesday, reports came out saying the star WR had signed with the Washington Commanders on a $12 million, one-year deal. And just hours later, a video of Diggs mentioning the team went viral.

Washington have been growing into a contender for the past couple of seasons with the emergence of quarterback Jayden Daniels. They already have a WR1 in the form of Terry McLaurin, too.

With the addition of Diggs, they will become an even bigger offensive threat. And the man himself seems excited to start the newest chapter of his NFL career.

“Stefon Diggs here. I’m here at the first practice, the first fall practice,” the wideout said. “They out here getting it in, man. Shoutout to my Terps, and go Commanders. Let’s go!”

The 32-year-old had a 1000-yard receiving season for the Patriots, catching four touchdowns. He will surely prove to be a potent weapon for Washington in the coming seasons.
