NFL returns to Gulf Coast NBC with the Hall of Fame Game Thursday night
CANTON, Ohio —
After months of eager anticipation amongst football fans, the NFL officially returns to TV screens on Thursday night with the Hall of Fame Game.
The Arizona Cardinals will square off against the Carolina Panthers at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, and Gulf Coast NBC will be bringing you live coverage.
The matchup will see the debut of rookie quarterback Carson Beck, who was drafted in the third round by the Cardinals in April’s draft. Cardinals fans eager to see the debut of third overall pick running back Jeremiyah Love will have to wait a little longer, as head coach Mike LaFleur told reporters Love will not play in Thursday’s game.
The Panthers announced they will be rolling out Kenny Pickett as the starting QB in the Hall of Fame Game. Pickett is making his debut with the Panthers after signing with the team in the offseason. Pickett was drafted in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he only played two seasons with the team before being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024.
Live coverage from Canton begins at 7 p.m. on Gulf Coast NBC, with the game kicking off at 8 p.m.
“Jeopardy” and “Wheel of Fortune” will air at the programs’ normal times, but have moved to the Heroes and Icons channel. Check local listings for details, and be sure not to miss the NFL’s return on Gulf Coast NBC.
