Broncos offensive lineman Michael Deiter suffered a quad injury during practice this week that will land him on season-ending IR. The veteran saw time as a starter in Miami and Houston, but he was trending towards a bottom-of-the-depth-chart option in Denver. To take his spot on the roster, the Broncos added Lecitus Smith. The 28-year-old has seen time in 19 games in stints with the Cardinals, Patriots, and Packers.
