KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Kansas City Chiefs fans will have new options to help them get fired up for gameday.
Aramark Sports + Entertainment plans to roll out new eats throughout the season. The company is in charge of food and beverage at Arrowhead Stadium.
Something called The Mucho Melt is the first addition. The melt is described as “a Mexican-inspired dish made up of several layers.” Those layers include:
Housemade sourdough tortillasYellow & blue corn tortillasGuajillo-spiced beefYuzu-pickled red onionRefried & black beansSweet potato friesCotija & cheddar cheeseSour creamGuacamolePico de galloTortilla stripsJalapeñoPineapple skewers on the side
The Mucho Melt stands nearly a foot tall! Chef Erin Wishon created the dish. She said it is designed to be an over-the-top crowd pleaser.
Fans will be able to find The Mucho Melp at KC Dilla in Section 135.
Aramark said it plans to announce other new food and beverage items soon.
