Baltimore Ravens fans will have a number of new spaces and amenities to explore at M&T Bank Stadium this season, including a 2,700-person concert venue and a first-of-its-kind high-end tailgating area inside the stadium gates.

The Ravens offered a tour of the renovations on Friday. They were completed as the final phase of a $450 million, three-year package of stadium upgrades announced in 2023, and will be available to fans starting with the Ravens’ pre-season game on August 15.
Ravens representatives say the latest improvements have been designed to make “The Bank” one of the top sports and entertainment facilities in the world, capable of hosting crowds not only on game days but throughout the year.

The new “general admission” spaces are all within the gates of M&T Bank Stadium, on its north side close to Hamburg Street. They will be open on game days to anyone with a ticket to a Ravens game and then separately for other events when the rest of the stadium is closed.

Gensler’s Baltimore office was the lead architect for the improvements. Gilbane was the general contractor. The State of Maryland provided $430 million for the three-year package of improvements and the Ravens provided $20 million. The Ravens worked in conjunction with the Maryland Stadium Authority and other public agencies.
The tour was led by Rich Tamayo, the Ravens’ senior vice president of stadium operations and guest experience, and Brad Downs, the Raven’s senior vice president of marketing, who were instrumental in reimagining the stadium experience.
They said the improvements will be transformative in changing the way Ravens fans experience M&T Bank Stadium and in the way the stadium can be used to host events around the year, not just during football games.
The new and enhanced spaces and amenities include:
A revitalized North Plaza: Serving as the grand entrance to M&T Bank Stadium, North Plaza is framed by two structures flanking the entrance gates. It sets up a new arrival experience for fans by moving the secure perimeter of the stadium closer to Hamburg Street and providing access to all the other new areas.
The Bud Light Talon: Located in a two-level structure visible to drivers on Russell Street, the Bud Light Talon is one of the only open-air music stages located inside the gates of an NFL stadium. Designed as the stadium’s premier pre-game destination, it will open three hours before kickoff, featuring a performance space with capacity for up to 2,700 fans. It also includes a new restroom facility.
Frank’s RedHot Backstage: Located within the Bud Light Talon, Frank’s RedHot Backstage is an indoor sports bar featuring its own kitchen, elevated food offerings, flexible event capabilities and one of the largest LED video screens in the region. The space includes seven new bars and features a menu of Frank’s RedHot-inspired culinary offerings. Beyond game days, the venue will serve as a year-round destination for non-game day programming and off-season events.
The Overlook/Perch Expansion: Enhancements include more than 7,000 square feet of additional hospitality space, giving fans more places to gather, eat and enjoy views of the city.
Expanded Upper Deck Restrooms: In response to fan feedback, the Ravens expanded restroom facilities and added 30 percent more fixtures throughout The Perch to help reduce wait times.
Stadium Video Displays: New high-impact displays have been added throughout the stadium, including four high-definition boards in the upper concourse; a large outdoor mesh LED display on the northwest plaza façade; a dedicated video inside the Bud Light Talon; a display outside the Talon; two new displays at Gate A and a large screen inside Frank’s RedHot Backstage. Since 2025, M&T Bank Stadium has added more than 12,800 square feet and more than 120 million pixels of video displays.

More spaces accessible from the North Plaza include:
The Flock Shop: Opened in 2025, the Flock Shop is a 7,000-square-foot retail space that’s open year-round.
Under Armour Landing: Located above the Flock Shop, the Under Armour Landing is an open-air space that features views of Camden Yards and the downtown skyline. The second-floor lounge is covered and equipped with radiant heat and closable exterior walls. For Ravens games, it serves as a premium pre-game hospitality space with exclusive packages that include a game ticket in a prime location of The Perch and more than two hours of all-inclusive pregame food and beverages. After kickoff, the Under Armour Landing opens to all fans with a game ticket.
Xfinity FlockYard: Xfinity Flockyard is a multi-level modular hospitality space that consists of 20 private, climate-controlled “lofts” equipped with high-definition TVs, and a rooftop deck featuring sweeping views of the surrounding area. It’s built around a central courtyard with a large video board. The Ravens say it’s a “first-of-its-kind” exterior suite product in the NFL, offering a “semi-private, high-end tailgating experience for small-to-midsize businesses and groups of fans looking to elevate their pregame ritual.” With removable walls between each loft space, it can also accommodate a variety of events year-round.
