RAMSEY, Mich. (WLUC) – ‘Football Mania’ is an 18-week fundraising effort that gives participants the chance to win cash prizes throughout the NFL season.
Each week, a ticket is assigned three teams, and the points scored by those teams determines standing for the week. Tickets are $20 and prizes range between $20 and $400.
All proceeds go to the Bessemer Fire Department.
“The support has been really good. We are probably about 40 tickets away from selling out of the 200 (tickets). We have got about one week of sales left before the tickets have got to be submitted online,” said Bessemer Township Fire Chief Steven Selin.
